Dhaba Daal by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Gram lentil 250 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Spinach 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Crushed chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Soak gram lentil for 3 hours.
- Now drain its water and wash with clean water.
- Then put it in pan with chili powder, salt, turmeric and spinach, cover it and cook for 45 minutes.
- Heat ghee in second pan, fry garlic paste and crushed red chili, put on daal and stir fry until oil comes up.
- Then garnish with green chilies and serve.
