Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Eggs 4
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion chopped and fry for 3 minutes until soft.
- Now put finely chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook until tender.
- Then add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and fry it nicely.
- Then put eggs and cover it.
- Then mix immediately.
- Then put chopped coriander and green chilies, mix it and take out.
