Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion chopped and fry for 3 minutes until soft.
  2. Now put finely chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook until tender.
  3. Then add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and fry it nicely.
  4. Then put eggs and cover it.
  5. Then mix immediately.
  6. Then put chopped coriander and green chilies, mix it and take out.
