Chapli Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Butter 2 oz
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Wheat flour 3 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Spring onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Ghee for frying
Method:
- Put all ingredients except ghee and tomato in bowl, mix well and leave for 1 hour.
- Now make big kabab and shallow fry in ghee.
- Then before frying, put tomato slice on each kabab and fry it until golden.
