Ingredients:
- Flour 250 gm
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Salt pinch
- Lukewarm water to knead
- Ghee for deep fry
For Filling:
- Almonds grinded 1/2 cup
- Pistachio grinded 1/2 cup
- Fresh grated coconut 2 cups
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Semolina 4 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Roast semolina and poppy seeds dry, put coconut, almonds, pistachio, sugar, milk and green cardamom powder, mix it and leave on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then cool it and use it.
- For samosay: Strain flour and salt and mix in ghee.
- Now knead soft dough with lukewarm water slowly slowly.
- Then cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make small balls and roll small puri.
- Now fill it with filling, fold in d shape and press edges nicely.
- Then deep fry it until light golden.
