Ingredients:
- Flour 250 gm
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Lukewarm water to knead
- Ghee for seep frying
Method:
- Strain flour and salt and add roasted white cumin.
- Then mix it with melted ghee.
- Then mix with light and soft hand until it becomes like bread crumbs.
- Then knead soft dough with lukewarm water lightly, cover with wet cloth and leave it for 1 hour.
- Now make small balls and roll small size puri.
- Then deep fry it until light golden, take it out and serve with kheer.
