Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Lukewarm water to knead
  • Ghee for seep frying

Method:

  1. Strain flour and salt and add roasted white cumin.
  2. Then mix it with melted ghee.
  3. Then mix with light and soft hand until it becomes like bread crumbs.
  4. Then knead soft dough with lukewarm water lightly, cover with wet cloth and leave it for 1 hour.
  5. Now make small balls and roll small size puri.
  6. Then deep fry it until light golden, take it out and serve with kheer.
