Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Strain flour and salt.
- Now mix ghee and caroms seeds in it, knead with water and make medium dough.
- Then cover it and leave it for 30 minutes.
- Now roll thin and deep fry in hot oil in diamond shape.
- Then cool it and put in air tight container.
