Ingredients:

  • Black masoor 125 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Melon seeds 4 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak black masoor for 6 hours.
  2. Then drain water and dry in sun for 3 hours in paper towel.
  3. Heat oil in karahi pan and fry daal until light golden.
  4. Then take it out in paper towel, cool it, mix with salt, chaat masala, melon seeds, chili powder, lemon salt and bareek sev.
  5. Now mix all ingredients well and serve.
