Ingredients:
- Black masoor 125 gm
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Melon seeds 4 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Lemon salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Soak black masoor for 6 hours.
- Then drain water and dry in sun for 3 hours in paper towel.
- Heat oil in karahi pan and fry daal until light golden.
- Then take it out in paper towel, cool it, mix with salt, chaat masala, melon seeds, chili powder, lemon salt and bareek sev.
- Now mix all ingredients well and serve.
