Ananas Kheer by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 liter
- Pineapple 1 tin
- Sugar 1-1/2 cup
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Pineapple custard 2 tbsp
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Khoya 250 gm
- Almonds and pistachio 100 gm
Method:
- Cook milk.
- When it boils, put grinded boiled rice.
- Now put 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar in pineapple, cook it, cool it and grind it.
- Now add pineapple and sugar in milk and cook,
- When it becomes thick, dissolve pineapple custard in 1/2 cup water and put in it.
- When it boils 1 to 2, close stove and add pineapple essence.
- Now take out in dish, sprinkle almonds and pistachio and serve.
