Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped mint leaves 2 bunches
- Crushed red chilies 8
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 2
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, put beef mince, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric and dry mince water.
- Then add chopped mint leaves, green chilies and crushed red chilies and roast it lightly.
- Then put lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Podina hara mince is ready.
