Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 bunches
  • Crushed red chilies 8
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, put beef mince, ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric and dry mince water.
  2. Then add chopped mint leaves, green chilies and crushed red chilies and roast it lightly.
  3. Then put lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Podina hara mince is ready.
