Ingredients:

  • Flour 300 gm
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chicken sausages 5-6
  • Tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat water to lukewarm in pan, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave it.
  2. When it becomes yeast, put in bowl and add flour.
  3. Now put olive oil, butter and egg and knead it.
  4. Now cover it and leave it.
  5. For filling: Cut sausages into small small pieces and put in pan.
  6. Then add tomatoes, black pepper, salt and oregano, stir fry it and take out.
  7. Then take out dough, make small small portions and give shape of bowls.
  8. Now do filling of mixture, put mozzarella cheese, olives and coriander on top and keep on baking tray.
  9. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, take out from oven and serve.
