Ingredients:
- Flour 300 gm
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Chicken sausages 5-6
- Tomatoes 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat water to lukewarm in pan, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave it.
- When it becomes yeast, put in bowl and add flour.
- Now put olive oil, butter and egg and knead it.
- Now cover it and leave it.
- For filling: Cut sausages into small small pieces and put in pan.
- Then add tomatoes, black pepper, salt and oregano, stir fry it and take out.
- Then take out dough, make small small portions and give shape of bowls.
- Now do filling of mixture, put mozzarella cheese, olives and coriander on top and keep on baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, take out from oven and serve.
