Olive Bread by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 500 gm
- Olives 1/2 cup
- Yeast 2 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Methods:
- Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely with spoon and leave for 10-15 minutes so that yeast rises.
- Then add salt, baking powder, eggs and yeast in flour in mixing bowl.
- Now cut olives into slices, add in mixture, knead it nicely and leave it for approx 2 hours.
- Spread butter nicely on bread mould and bake kneaded flour in preheated oven in lower part of oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Spread egg after few minutes and keep again in oven for 1-2 minutes.
- Then take it out from mould and serve.
