Multi Indian Rice by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Boiled shredded chicken 300 gm
- Cottage cheese 250 gm
- Green onion 250 gm
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 2
- Curry leaves 6
- Red chilies 10
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Coconut powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry onion until brown, put small pieces of cottage cheese and fry it.
- When golden brown, add red chilies, mustard, turmeric, salt, coconut powder, curry leaves and chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put boiled rice and mix it.
- When it simmer, add cheese, boiled shredded chicken, green onion, green coriander, capsicum and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Indian rice is ready.
