Tinda Chicken Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Tinday 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Black peppercorn 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander some
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pot, fry onion until brown and take out.
  2. Now put yogurt, red chili, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, black peppercorn and small cardamom in chicken and mix it.
  3. Then also fry tinday and take out.
  4. Then put chicken in this ghee, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. When water dries, add tinday and onion, put water drop and roast it.
  6. Now put 2 glass water and cook it.
  7. When tinday tender, put green chili, green coriander and all spice powder and close stove.
  8. Tinda chicken masala is ready.
