Tinda Chicken Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Tinday 1/2 kg
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Small cardamom 4
- Green chilies 4
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander some
- Ghee 1 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Red chili 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in pot, fry onion until brown and take out.
- Now put yogurt, red chili, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, black peppercorn and small cardamom in chicken and mix it.
- Then also fry tinday and take out.
- Then put chicken in this ghee, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- When water dries, add tinday and onion, put water drop and roast it.
- Now put 2 glass water and cook it.
- When tinday tender, put green chili, green coriander and all spice powder and close stove.
- Tinda chicken masala is ready.
