Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Green chilies 15
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Cloves 6
- Green cardamom 6
- Water 4 cups
- Rice 750 gm
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon 1
- Black pepper 10
- Cloves 4
- Black cumin 1/2 tsp
- Dried plums 10-12
- Oil 1 cup
- Brown onion 1 cup
- Tomato 1
- Lemon 1 sliced
- Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
- Mint leaves 15
- Green chilies 6 chopped
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Yellow color 1 pinch
- Nutmeg grinded 1/4 tsp
- Mace grinded 1/4 tsp
- Green cardamom 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Boil mutton in sauce pan.
- Add green chili, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, clove, green cardamom and water.
- Now cook it until 1 cup water remains.
- Then put bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, dried plums, coriander leave, mint leaves, green chilies, tomato and lemon with yogurt mixture.
- Then add oil and brown onion.
- Boil rice in separate pan, put some salt and cook until half tender and 1/2 cup water remains.
- Now spread rice with remaining water on meat mixture.
- Then cover it and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Now do flame low and simmer it for 20 minutes.
