Degi Korma by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Green cardamom 4
- Cloves 8
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Kewra water 1 tsp
Method:
- Put ghee and 1/2 cup water in pan.
- Also put, yogurt, chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, green cardamom and clove, fry it nicely and cook for 15 minutes until chicken is approx cooked.
- Now put brown onion, fry it nicely and for making gravy put 1 cup water.
- Then cover it and cook more until gravy is thick and chicken is cooked.
- Then add all spice and kewra water, remove from stove and serve with sheermal.
