Ingredients:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves 6
  • Orange peel 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Almonds & pistachios 1/2 cup
  • Red & green ashrafiyan 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Gulab jamun 125 gm
  • Cham cham 125 gm
  • Silver paper 2 roll

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 4-5 hours.
  2. Boil water with yellow color, clove, orange peel and salt in pan.
  3. Cook rice until it is cooked well.
  4. Then drain water and keep it aside.
  5. Heat ghee in pan, put sugar with 1/2 cup water, cook it and stir it until it boils and sugar dissolves.
  6. Now add rice, mix well and cook on high flame with out covering for 10 minutes until water dries.
  7. Then do flame low and simmer on tawa for 15 minutes.
  8. Now add kewra water, take out in one big platter, garnish with almonds, pistachios, red & green ashrafiyan, khoya, gulab jamun, cham cham and silver paper and serve.
