Bhaati Daal by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boiled white lentil 1 cup
- Boiled gram lentil 1-1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 375 gm
- Green chilies 10
- Onion 2
- Curry leaves 10
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Onion 1
Method:
- Heat oil and do onion brown.
- Now put ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.
- Also put red chili, turmeric, salt, cumin, black peppercorn and chopped green chilies, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- When tomatoes tender, add boiled white lentil and boiled gram lentil and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then sprinkle all spice powder and green coriander.
