Liver Jalfrezi by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Liver 1/2 kg
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Onions diced 2
- Crushed dry Kashmiri chillies 2
- Chopped tomato 1
- Green chilli chopped 1
- Finely chopped ginger 1 small piece
- Cumin powder 2 tsp
- Curry leaves a few
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Lightly dry roast crushed pepper and cumin seeds on pan and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add Kashmiri chillies, diced onions, crushed garlic and green chilli and saute until onions get golden brown.
- Add diced liver pieces stir, add diced tomatoes and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add masala roasted earlier and let it cook for few minutes or until liver is cooked.
