Chicken Saag Ka Keema by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped spinach 3 bunches
  • Chopped soya 2 bunches
  • Fenugreek leaves 6-8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Wash chopped spinach, chopped soya and fenugreek leaves and soak with turmeric for 10 minutes.
  2. Then drain its water. Like this, bitterness of soya will be finished.
  3. Heat oil in pot and do chopped onions light pink.
  4. Then put chicken mince, soya, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder and cook on low flame.
  5. When water of chicken and soya dries, then roast it nicely.
  6. Then put butter, green chili and green coriander and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Chicken saag ka keema is ready.
