Chicken Saag Ka Keema by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped spinach 3 bunches
- Chopped soya 2 bunches
- Fenugreek leaves 6-8
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Chopped onions 2
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash chopped spinach, chopped soya and fenugreek leaves and soak with turmeric for 10 minutes.
- Then drain its water. Like this, bitterness of soya will be finished.
- Heat oil in pot and do chopped onions light pink.
- Then put chicken mince, soya, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder and cook on low flame.
- When water of chicken and soya dries, then roast it nicely.
- Then put butter, green chili and green coriander and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Chicken saag ka keema is ready.
