Ingredients:
- Tapioca 1 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
- Chopped almonds 15
- Crushed jaggery 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Fresh milk 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Soak tapioca for 3 hours. Now drain its water and grind it nicely in blender.
- Heat oil in karahi pan, fry chopped walnuts and chopped almonds, take out and spread on tissue paper.
- Now put crushed jaggery and 1 cup water in karahi pan and cook it.
- When jaggery melts, add tapioca and stir it fast.
- Then put milk and stir it.
