Ingredients:
For pizza dough:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Fish Marination:
- Boneless fish 300 gm
- Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
- Paprika or Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Pizza Topping:
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Sliced mushroom 1/2 cup
- Black green olives 1/2 cup
- Grated mozzarella cheese 300 gm
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Thyme 1/2 tsp
- Basil 1/2 tsp
- Butter 3 to 4 tbsp
Method:
- For dough: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Put salt, baking powder and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3 to 4 hours in warm place.
- Then take it out and fold dough with hand. Dough is ready.
- For fish: Cut boneless fish into squares, put i mixing bowl and marinate with salt, lemon juice and paprika or red chili powder.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry fish.
- Then take it out on tissue paper on plate, so that it absorbs oil.
- For topping: Grease oven tray with butter.
- Roll dough thin and set on oven tray.
- Then spread pizza sauce on dough, put fried fish and mushroom and sprinkle thyme and basil. Then put grated mozzarella cheese and set it.
- Then sprinkle oregano and put olives and press upper layer.
- Then bake pizza on 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then take it out, cut in slices and serve.
