Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast boneless 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp

For Batter:

  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Burger buns 2
  • Ice berg lettuce 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper and mustard paste for 15 minutes.
  2. Now dip in batter and fry for 7-8 minutes until light golden.
  3. Then take it out.
  4. Cut burger bun into half and spread butter and mayonnaise.
  5. Put fried chicken.
  6. Put mixed salad with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup on top of bun and serve with fries.
