Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Green coriander 1/2 cup
- Olives 6
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
For Spicy Tomato Sauce:
- Boiled tomato paste 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and grind it.
- Now make balls of it.
- For spicy tomato sauce: Heat oil and fry balls.
- Now put onion and do light soft onion.
- Then put balls, boiled tomato paste, paprika powder, fennel seeds powder, salt, saffron and red chili flakes and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- When sauce is thick, take out in dish and serve with rice.
