Strawberry Jelly Pie by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Beaten cream 2 cups
• Strawberries 250 gm
• Sugar 1 cup
• Green jelly 1 packet
• Crushed biscuits 2 cups
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  

Method:

1. Put 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla essence in beaten cream and beat more.
2. Cut strawberries into small small pieces, add remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cook it.
3. Add 2 cup water in green jelly, cook it and freeze in 4 bowls.
4. Put in crushed biscuits and green jelly in freezed cups, chill it and serve.
