Ingredients:
- Lady fingers 1/2 kg
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds few
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 6
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Beaten yogurt 1 cup
- Mustard oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash lady fingers, dry it and mark cut.
- Heat oil in karahi pan and put fenugreek seeds.
- Then add lady gingers and fry it.
- When color changes, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, mustard powder, turmeric, red chili flakes and curry leaves and roast it.
- Then put tamarind paste, green chilies and beaten yogurt.
- When serve, add salt and serve hot.
