Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Green coriander 2 bunch
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in karahi pan, put chicken boneless, salt and ginger garlic paste and cook it.
- Now mix green coriander and green chilies and grind it.
- When water of chicken dries, put grinded masala.
- Also add white vinegar, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and roast it nicely.
- Then put butter and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Nimbu dhanya murgh is ready.
