Banola Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Rice 300 gm
  • Boiled green beans 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 2 to 3
  • Green chilies 5
  • Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
  • Cloves 3 to 4
  • Cotton seeds 5 gm
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cloves and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add tomatoes and roast it.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste, boiled green beans, green chilies, cotton seeds, crushed black pepper, crushed red chili, turmeric powder and salt and roast it.
  3. Then put boiled rice and mix it nicely.
  4. Now add green chilies and mix it.
  5. When rice is ready, dish it out and serve.
