Banola Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice 300 gm
- Boiled green beans 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 2 to 3
- Green chilies 5
- Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
- Cloves 3 to 4
- Cotton seeds 5 gm
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cloves and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Then add tomatoes and roast it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, boiled green beans, green chilies, cotton seeds, crushed black pepper, crushed red chili, turmeric powder and salt and roast it.
- Then put boiled rice and mix it nicely.
- Now add green chilies and mix it.
- When rice is ready, dish it out and serve.
