Mutton Shorba by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Almond paste 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Gul Khatmay 10 gm
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 2 sticks
- Cloves 4 to 5
- Small cardamom 4 to 5
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped almond for garnish
Method:
- In oil, put cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and roast it.
- Then add mutton, roast it nicely.
- When water dries, waste whole spice.
- Then put onion paste, garlic paste, almond paste, Gul Khatmay, crushed black pepper, white pepper, turmeric powder and salt in meat and roast it nicely.
- Now add 1-1/2 jug water and cook on low flame.
- When meat tender and gravy becomes thick, dish it out.
- Garnish with almond and serve hot.
