Chicken Naryal Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Fresh coconut 1 cup
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Star anise 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
- Big cardamom 4
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Onion 1
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
- Soak rice for 2 hours.
- Now boil 1/4 and keep it aside.
- Then heat oil and do onion brown.
- Now add chicken and ginger garlic and roast it nicely.
- Then put green chilies, cumin, black peppercorn and big cardamom.
- Also add 2 glass water and cook it.
- When 1 glass water remains, put boiled rice.Then put crushed star anise and fennel seeds.
- Keep it on simmer for 10 minutes and close stove.
