Coffee Jelly by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 3 tbsp
  • Coffee 2 cups

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water in small bowl.
  2. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee and sugar in sauce pan and heat.
  3. Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual servings or large pan for cubing.
  4. Chill in refrigerator until set or 6-7 hours.
