Coffee Jelly by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Hot water 2 tbsp
- Caster sugar 3 tbsp
- Coffee 2 cups
Method:
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water in small bowl.
- Pour gelatin mixture, coffee and sugar in sauce pan and heat.
- Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual servings or large pan for cubing.
- Chill in refrigerator until set or 6-7 hours.
