Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices 2
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • White cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 1

For Gravy:

  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. For kabab: Mix roasted gram, middle part of bread slices, white cumin powder, all spice powder and seekh kabab masala in beef mince and grind in chopper.
  2. Now mix egg and chopped green chilies, make small small balls or seekh kabab and shallow fry it.
  3. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out.
  4. Then mix with yogurt and blend it in blender.
  5. Now put again in pot.
  6. Also add ginger garlic, red chili, turmeric and all spice powder and roast it lightly.
  7. Now spread fried kabab.
  8. Put fresh cream, green coriander, mint leaves and green chilies and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Creamy masala kabab is ready.
