Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Green lentil 1 cup
- Chopped onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 4
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Roasted cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash mutton and put in pot.
- Also put 2 cup water, chopped onion, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and oil and cook it.
- Boil green lentil separate and grind in blender.
- When water of meat dries, roast it lightly, put grinded lentil, tamarind paste and green chilies.
- When green chilies tender, daalcha is ready.
- Now put roasted cinnamon powder and keep on simmer.
- Khatta daalcha is ready.
