Vietnamese Cauliflower Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 300 gm
  • Cauliflower 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Diced onion 1
  • Diced carrot 1
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1-2
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil water, put rice, boil 1/4 and strain it.
  2. Now put cauliflower in chopper and grind it.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and fry garlic and onion.
  4. Now add chopped carrot and grinded cauliflower and fry it.
  5. Then add black pepper, fish sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, green onion and salt, mix it and cook it.
  6. Now add eggs, mix it, put rice and mix it nicely.
  7. Then add green coriander, mix it and simmer it.
  8. Then dish out and serve.
