Lasagna Bolognese by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Onion chopped 4 tbsp
- Carrots 1
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oregano leaves 1 tsp
- Mushrooms chopped 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
For Cheese Sauce:
- Butter 2 oz
- Flour 2 oz
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Stock 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Lasagna sheets boiled 8
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put chopped onion and fry for a while.
- Now put ginger garlic paste, chopped carrot and mince and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add salt, black pepper, tomato paste and 1 cup water and cook until mince tender.
- Now boil lasagna sheets separate and keep it aside.
- Then line oven proof dish with 4 boiled lasagna sheets.
- Now put bolognese sauce.
- Then make layer of boiled lasagna sheets.
- Now spread cheese sauce and sprinkle cheddar cheese.
- Then bake it for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Now serve it immediately.
