Sesame Potato Cutlets by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed) 8
- Bread soaked in a little milk & mashed 4 slices
- Khatai powder or mango powder 1 tsp
- Mint leaves chopped 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts pounded coarsely 1/2 cup
- Beaten egg 1
- Sesame seeds 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix and knead all ingredients well except some sesame seeds and oil.
- Make small cutlets and dip each cutlet in beaten egg and sesame seeds.
- Deep fry till golden, drain on absorbent paper and serve with chutney.
