Ingredients:

  • Milk powder 2 cups
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Melted ghee 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tsp

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Water 3 cups
  • Green cardamom crushed 4
  • Orange color 2-3 drops

Method:

  1. Put milk powder, baking powder and flour in bowl and mix it.
  2. Now add melted ghee and mix it.
  3. Then put eggs, mix it nicely, knead it nicely and make dough.
  4. Dough should be soft.
  5. Now make balls immediately.
  6. Balls should be very smooth.
  7. Heat ghee in karahi pan, put all balls and deep fry on very low flame.
  8. Stir it continuously until jamun turns to light golden.
  9. For syrup: Add green cardamom and orange color in sugar and water and cook until sugar dissolves and syrup is thick.
  10. Then put fried jamun in syrup, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  11. Then take it out and serve.
