Gujrati Murgh Roast by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken whole 1 kg
- Raw papaya 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yellow color pinch
- Peanuts 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp
For Bhagar:
- Whole red pepper 6
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 12
Method:
- Roast peanuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut and white cumin and grind it.
- Now add roasted gram and grind together.
- Now marinate whole chicken with raw papaya, ginger garlic, salt, chili powder, brown onion and yellow color for 2 hours.
- Hot heat oil, put whole red pepper and curry leaves.
- Also put marinated chicken, cover it and cook for 30 minutes until chicken is ready.
- Serve with boiled eggs and french fries.
