Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Cream 3 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mutton with raw papaya, lemon juice, ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, all spice, yogurt and cumin roasted.
- Now put in skewers and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C or BBQ it.
- Heat oil in handi and put meat in it.
- Sprinkle cream little little, cook for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
