Masalydar Khoya Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton with raw papaya, lemon juice, ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, all spice, yogurt and cumin roasted.
  2. Now put in skewers and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C or BBQ it.
  3. Heat oil in handi and put meat in it.
  4. Sprinkle cream little little, cook for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
