Spicy Karahi Paneer Keema by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Fried paneer 200 gm
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put chicken mince and roast on high flame.
  2. When water dries, put tomatoes, green chilies, black pepper powder, cumin, turmeric, dry mango powder, all spice powder, fenugreek seeds and ginger garlic paste, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. When mince tender, roast it nicely.
  4. Crush fried paneer, add in it, sprinkle green coriander and serve.
