Tandoori Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1 pcs
  • lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
  • turmeric 1-2 pinch
  •  coriander pwd 1/4 tsp
  • red chili pwd 1/4 tsp
  • crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • tandoori colour 1-2 pinch 
  • salt to taste
For sauce:
  • tomato purre 1 cup
  • garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1-1/2 tsp
  • oregano 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar  2 pinch
  • Onion 2 pcs
  • capsicum 2 pcs
  • tomato 2 pcs
For the dough:
  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • sugar pwd 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • yeast 1 tbsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • cheddar cheese 1 pkt
  • dry milk 
  • egg 1 pcs

Method:

  1. In a bowl add chicken cubes and marinate them with salt,turmeric, coriander pwd, red chilli pwd, crushed red chillies, tandoori colour, lemon juice and set aside.
  2. After some time heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken.
For the sauce:
  1. In a pan pour oil add in garlic paste and sauté it, also add in oregano.
  2. Next add in tomato purre, a little water and cook.
  3. Add in salt, crushed red chillies , sugar and leave it to cook.
  4. Once it thickens the sauce is ready.
For the dough:
  1. Add salt ,powdered sugar, yeast,butter, dry milk, luke warm water in flour and knead 
  2. Next put a little oil on it and leave it.
  3. Now mix with dry flour and prepare a dough
  4. with the help of your hand spread the dough in the baking pan
  5. Spread the sauce on the dough , next add in cheddar cheese, onion, capsicum, tomatoes and the cooked chicken.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top again and bake in the oven
  7. Once ready serve while hot.
