Ingredients:
- Rice 300 gm
- Jaggery 250 gm
- Small cardamom 4-5
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits 1/2 cup
- Sliced coconut 1/2 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Ashrafiyan as required
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Make jaggery syrup.
- Boiled dry fruits and peel it.
- Clean rice and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Then boil rice with kewra essence 1/4.
- Heat ghee in pan and roast cardamom.
- Then add khoya and roast it.
- Now add water as required and rice and cook it.
- When rice is nearly cooked, add jaggery syrup, coconut and kewra essence and mix it.
- In end, add dry fruits and ashrafiyan and keep on simmer.
- When simmer is completed, dish out and serve.
