Chicken Shorba by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Wheat 1/2 kg
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3 blended
For Bhagar:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Mint 1 bunch
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Brown onion 1/4 cup
- All spice 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak wheat overnight.
- Now put 12 glass water in sauce pan and boil wheat.
- Also put ginger.
- Then cook until it becomes ready.
- Now cool it and blend it.
- Cook boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilies and 4 cup water until chicken tender.
- Now chop chicken finely and add blended wheat in it.
- Blend tomato and add its mixture.
- Now mix it and cook it until it boils.
- Heat oil, put shorba, brown onion, all spice, ginger, green chilies and salt, mix it and serve hot.
