Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Onion 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Shashlik sticks as required

Method:

  1. Make small botiyan of chicken boneless, put yogurt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, green chili paste, all spice powder, salt and oil and leave for 2-3 hours.
  2. Then put on shashlik sticks, keep in oven proof dish and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees c for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat butter in pot and put small small pieces on onion in hot butter.
  4. Keep kabab on top and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Then serve with lemon and chutney.
