Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Onion 4
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Green chili paste 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Shashlik sticks as required
Method:
- Make small botiyan of chicken boneless, put yogurt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, green chili paste, all spice powder, salt and oil and leave for 2-3 hours.
- Then put on shashlik sticks, keep in oven proof dish and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees c for 30 minutes.
- Then heat butter in pot and put small small pieces on onion in hot butter.
- Keep kabab on top and keep on simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then serve with lemon and chutney.
