Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 3/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak chickpeas with soda overnight and boil in it own water next morning.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion.
  3. Then add salt, cumin seeds, crushed red chili, all spice and coriander crushed and fry it nicely.
  4. Now put boiled chickpeas with remaining stock, cover it and cook until it tender.
  5. Now mash it.
  6. Then put green coriander and green chilies and serve with puri.
