Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 250 gm
- Soda 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 3/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Soak chickpeas with soda overnight and boil in it own water next morning.
- Now heat oil and fry onion.
- Then add salt, cumin seeds, crushed red chili, all spice and coriander crushed and fry it nicely.
- Now put boiled chickpeas with remaining stock, cover it and cook until it tender.
- Now mash it.
- Then put green coriander and green chilies and serve with puri.
