Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Water 3 cups
  • Zarda color pinch
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Almonds and pistachios 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry green cardamom and semolina nicely.
  2. Now add syrup made of water & sugar and zarda color, stir it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then take it out, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
