Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Water 3 cups
- Zarda color pinch
- Green cardamom 3
- Almonds and pistachios 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry green cardamom and semolina nicely.
- Now add syrup made of water & sugar and zarda color, stir it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then take it out, sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.
