Ingredients:
- Chicken 16 pieces
- Spinach 1 kg
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion paste 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Wash spinach nicely and soak with 1/2 tsp turmeric.
- Now heat oil in pot, put onion paste and do light pink. Then put ginger garlic paste, chicken and salt.
- When water of chicken dries, put red chili powder and turmeric, roast it lightly, add some water and cook till chicken tender.
- Then take out spinach from turmeric powder, boil in its own water and grind it.
- Then add chicken, put chopped green chilies and roast it nicely.
- Now put butter and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Palak chicken is ready.
