Fried Wontons by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Samosa strips as required
- Minced chicken or shrimps 1/2 kg
- Egg white 1
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Spring onion (green only) a few
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and keep aside for an hour or so for the flavors to blend.
- Then use samosa strips cut into squares and fill each square with little filling, fold it and stick ends with little mix of cornstarch and water.
- Deep fry the wontons and enjoy!
