Fried Wontons by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Samosa strips as required
  • Minced chicken or shrimps 1/2 kg
  • Egg white 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Spring onion (green only) a few

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and keep aside for an hour or so for the flavors to blend.
  2. Then use samosa strips cut into squares and fill each square with little filling, fold it and stick ends with little mix of cornstarch and water.
  3. Deep fry the wontons and enjoy!
