Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 1
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind coriander seeds and white cumin.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan, put cauliflower, tamarind paste, turmeric, red chili, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, green chilies, salt, grinded coriander seeds and white cumin and cook on low flame.
  3. When water of cauliflower dries, roast it lightly and remove it.Then put chopped ginger and chopped green coriander and serve hot with plain rice and roti.
