Chicken Makhni Korma by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 14 pieces
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chillies 8
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry chopped onion until golden brown, take it out and spread so that it becomes crisp.
  2. Now put chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt in hot oil.
  3. Then mix whole red chilies and coriander seeds and grind chutney.
  4. When water of chicken dries, add yogurt, all spice and red chilies chutney, roast it nicely and put 2 cup water.
  5. When oil comes up, add butter and fresh cream and keep on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Chicken makhni korma is ready.
