Chicken Makhni Korma by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Chicken 14 pieces
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Whole red chillies 8
- All spice 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onions 3
- Oil 1 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, fry chopped onion until golden brown, take it out and spread so that it becomes crisp.
- Now put chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and salt in hot oil.
- Then mix whole red chilies and coriander seeds and grind chutney.
- When water of chicken dries, add yogurt, all spice and red chilies chutney, roast it nicely and put 2 cup water.
- When oil comes up, add butter and fresh cream and keep on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Chicken makhni korma is ready.
