Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 2
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Oil as required
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Wash potatoes and boil it lightly. Then peel it and make cubes.
- Heat oil in karahi pan, fry potatoes cubes until golden brown and take it out.
- Put fried potatoes, honey, lemons, tamarind paste, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, roasted cumin powder and salt in second karahi pan and stir fry it.
- When honey becomes caramel, then potatoes are ready.
- When serving, put chopped green chilies and chopped mint leaves.
